For reserving church facilities you must complete this form. Our pastors must approve it before we can schedule your reservation.

For reserving the church facilities for your wedding you must complete this form. Then you must make an appointment to meet with a pastor. Our pastors must approve it and the required deposit must be submitted before we can schedule your reservation. See Form Below for more details.
