Our beliefs follow the basic tenets of Southern Baptist Doctrine but are not restricted nor mandated by them. We hold high the idea that each congregation is an autonomous group of Baptized Believers. We are joined together through a covenant of like mindedness and a bond through Jesus Christ.

Our desire is that all come to know the love and salvation of Jesus Christ. You will find Kingsland First Baptist is centered around people, not denominational ties, programs, buildings, or philosophies. It is the work of the Holy Spirit that brings us to the doorway of Salvation. And it is faith that moves us through that door. Faith in the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
